Elkins was completely professional on all ends of this very difficult process.They are caring and compassionate individuals who see that you are taken care of from the beginning to the end of arrangements. Most importantly, they protected me and my family when other family members out of town attempted to get a death certificate that they were not entitled to.Funeral homes do not print or issue death certificates; that is done by the state or local health department.
