Tru Basement Waterproofing

I am so happy I chose Tru Basement Waterproofing Inc, when I met Eddie and his father I knew I wanted them and their team to do this project. They were friendly and respectful of my home. Eddie was great at explaining the process and answered any concerns I had in person, text or email with quick response time. The team was high spirited, on time and finished the job in the time they said it would be done. I wish I knew more homeowners so I could recommend this team for the job. I am truly happy with my experience with them.
Thank you!

Tru Basement Waterproofing Inc. delivered high-quality results on our project. Eddie the supervisor and his crew demonstrated an impressive work ethic from the minute they arrived. Eddie kept the project running like clockwork, and the quality of the final plumbing and concrete work speaks for itself. It was hard, honest work, zero hassle, and a perfectly executed installation of our sump pump and drainage.

Highly recommend Tru Basement Waterproofing!
They recently waterproofed our basement, and the entire experience was outstanding. From the initial inspection, the team was incredibly knowledgeable, clearly explaining the issues and how they would fix them while answering my many questions.
Throughout the process, they were professional, courteous, and highly communicative, always keeping us updated on their timeline. It is rare to find a home service company this trustworthy and dedicated to doing the job right. Our basement is transformed, and we couldn't be happier with their work!
