A few customers also experienced long wait times, and communication can be challenging as only one stylist is fluent in English. Despite these issues, many continue to support Supreme Hair Braiding because of the friendly staff and high-quality service.
The first braiding salon I’ve been to that genuinely accepts walk-ins; and honestly, that’s a luxury on its own! On top of that, they do a really good job with my hair. Rachel is very skilled, courteous, and attentive. No matter what style I choose, my braids are never as painful as they used to be when I got my hair done elsewhere. I really appreciate being able to walk in, get great service, and leave happy with my hair!
The owner is very nice in professional. Her workers could use some customer service skills and could use a cleanup in the building in the bathroom needs a really good cleaning as well. The bathroom was concerning
I have been coming here for about 2 years now and I always leave satisfied. Today, I had Maryam do small knotless braids and I am OBSESSED. She always does an amazing job and she’s very nice and thorough. And the prices are great, they provide the hair and I only paid $220
