My child got their first ear piercing from Mr. Clark. He was thorough in his explanation of the process and made us feel comfortable with each step. The shop was clean and everything needed for the piercing was individually wrapped and sterile. He handled my kiddo's nerves well and it was a smooth process. This was impressive for a child who used to freak out for any type of medical procedure, especially involving needles! When we accidentally let the backing get too tight a week later which led to a complication, he got us in right away, fixed the issue, and didn't make us feel stupid for the dumb mistake that caused it.
