Even so, I was surprised by the outstanding quality of their service. My aunt (90 y.o.) wanted to have a dual split system in her older home. Their quote was more than fair, and came in under others.
They scheduled us within a week (it was installed in December) and the service was outstanding. Chan and Julian were gentlemen, and were very considerate of my aunt and her home.
While we haven’t used the cooling yet, the equipment that they installed looks great, and the outside looks great too.
My aunt and I are very happy with their service.
Nick your technician was right on time as scheduled. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Found that the heat igniter was bad but unfortunately didn’t have the parts in stock. Part ordered and should be delivered tomorrow and hopefully will be installed tomorrow sometime!
