I had a major problem with the hood having opened up while I was driving. Totally destroyed the hood. The dealership, where I bought the car, had replaced the hood and sensor with inferior replacement parts. There was no way for the driver to know the hood was not latched. The team at Nicholson Tire took care of the replacement by getting original car-maker parts. Since there was no fault on my part, there was no charge to me. That was the right thing to do. It was not easy, but they did the right thing!
