After several days of our furnace sounding like a farm tractor getting stuck in the mud, I made the call to Hoovers. We’ve used them for years, so it was a no-brainer to call them first. The receptionist was friendly & understanding, promised I’d have a call from one of their people soon. Little did I know that they would send the nicest, most personable person they had!! Absolutely thrilled with the service we have received over the years & this time may have been the best yet. Oh and the noise? Dead mouse in the fan throwing it off balance. Now I’ve heard it all!! 🤦🏼‍♀️😂
