I always go into Ulta and never get what is the right product for my needs. It’s mostly people pushing only certain brands not listening to my needs. Today I came in and Dawn helped me she is so friendly and extremely knowledgeable and most importantly honest. She knew exactly what I don’t want and guided me to get the perfect products for my face. I always talk to her at the register and she is always amazing but today she was on the floor and helped me and she was spot on. I just did my makeup with my new products and they are perfect .Do yourself a favor and ask for Dawn she is honest, sweet and will steer you in the right direction always . Such a pleasure .
Yesterday was actually my first time shopping at ulta and a super nice woman whose name I believe is Charlie was incredibly kind and patient with helping me a specific shade of lipstick. Even going online to be sure if it was there. Breanna at checkout was also super sweet and helpful in setting up an account amdi hope she has a great birthday today!
