Not only is he very honest and professional, he also has many years of industry knowledge and experience and he is one of the best to consult with on your projects. They have a very streamlined online application and loan managment system that is hassle free. Its great doing business with Jim and his team.

I could not recommend Turning Point more for investors who want to simplify real estate.
Both Jim & Scott are extraordinarily knowledgeable, being backed by years of industry experience themselves before being lenders. As a client of theirs not only do I get advice and mentorship on things that I may be a bit weak on, but my lender genuinely has my back in ensuring we’re all making smart investments.
