Thomas Edison saved our home!!! I was absolutely terrified of what I experienced in my home with the electricity. I thought my house was going to burn down. I was so stressed out. Then I reached out to Thomas Edison Electric, I felt the compassion from the very first conversation. They made every step after that so easy for me. Jake is the electrician that came to my home and took his time to explain to me everything that needed to be done and assured me everything would be fine, Jake took all of our stress away. We are very happy with the work done by Thomas Edison Electric. Electrician Michael Hilbert with help from Ian updated an outlet for a new garbage disposal and replaced 16 wall outlets with tamper resistant outlets. Michael is very courteous, respectful, and friendly, and informative. He vacuumed all dust from the outlet installations. Will request Michael again for any future work needed. Highly recommend Thomas Edison Electric. We are a returning customer, and have always been happy with the company and the electricians they send.
Thomas Edison's office people were just as kind, knowledgeable, and quick as our electrician. They scheduled us as we requested, sent an electrician that knew the area we lived in (and so he knew the kind of system we might have.)Our electrician gave recommendations, shopped for what we needed, and did careful, safe work. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We enjoyed having him in our home.We will be calling Thomas Edison again for our next electrical project (and asking for the same electrician too!)
