Melanie and Cece are THE BEST!!!I went to the store for a pair of new glasses. Eventually I narrowed down to three frames. I asked Melanie to help me pick the one that fits me the best, and she nailed it! In addition, she was so patient and knowledgeable in answering all my questions about insurance and the process.When I went to pick up my glasses, CeCe helped me try them on, and she even adjusted my glasses for me, and I didn’t even have to ask. Cece and Melanie at Pearle Vision in the QB mall were delightful throughout my entire process of picking out a new pair of glasses. Melanie helped me through every step of the way and when I asked for her advice on a pair I was trying on, she gave me professional advice to make sure I was picking the right fit for me.
