I have been using Newtown Shoe Repair for many years and could not be anymore pleased. I have brought in ALL types of high end shoes to be resoled, heel caps replaced, etc and the quality of their repairs has always beyond met my expectations. The turnaround time is usually pretty quick too. The owners are absolutely lovely people and a pleasure to deal with. They are extremely honest and upfront about how they can repair your shoes and with the cost. You definitely pay for high quality work. Whatever type of shoe repair you need, you need to check them out for sure!

Very nice people. Maybe a bit expensive, but what isn't in Newtown as their rent, I am sure, is exorbitant. I drop shoes off and don't expect them to be ready the same day. I always allow a week, as they have other orders to complete. They do a great job. Maybe they don't speak English well (rude comment by another poster) but they try very hard and go out of their way to please. Have some patience!
