I have been a customer of Newtown Optical for nearly 20 years. Although I have worn glasses for over sixty years and have patronized many optical shops over that time, I have never met an optician quite like Dennis Fittipaldi. I just can't say enough about my experience at Newtown Optical. I am a 56 year old, first time customer to prescription glasses and needed progressive lenses. Dennis was an absolute professional and explained everything to me in detail. He took his time and I never felt rushed. He also found a problem with my prescription and relayed this to my ophthalmologist, who ultimately corrected my problem. Bottom line is...if Dennis hadn't caught the mistake, I would have wasted a lot of money on new progressive lens glasses that would not have been the right strength for me! Dennis was a tremendous help!!! I walked into Newtown Optical as a first time customer, after my glasses broke and I was in desperate need of a fix. Dennis was able to accommodate me as soon as I walked in and in a timely manner I already had a new pair of glasses I could finally use. He was very knowledgeable, so kind and very helpful. I would highly recommend Newtown Optical!! You guys are life savers ! Thank you for everything !!
