Dean and his team demonstrated exceptional craftsmanship in refinishing our 1990s two-story staircase, a central feature of our living space. Their high level of skill and attention to detail were evident in every aspect of the project. Beyond refinishing our oak hardwood floors, they meticulously transformed the staircase and replaced the handrails, balustrades, staining them to match the flooring. The final result is a stunning upgrade that has significantly modernized our interior.
We recently had Dean and his crew refinish our stairs and install upstairs flooring and were extremely happy with the results! I was really nervous about finding the right stain match for the stairs to match the downstairs Brazilian floors, but Dean nailed it- the match was perfect. From start to finish, they were professional, friendly and kept the work area clean every day and worked hard to finish the job in a timely manner. Dean also checked in with me on the small details along the way to ensure everything was exactly how I wanted it. Dean and his crew were great! Very professional, punctual, and responsive. Answered alllll of my questions. Addressed my concerns and most importantly did what they promised for the price we agreed on. Highly recommend!
