I am so grateful for the help I’ve received here. I’ve felt significant progress in only a few visits. The sessions are a perfect combination of hands on work and take home exercises that really work to alleviate pain. An overall excellent experience!
Highly recommend! I had a great experience working with Dr. Brandon at Activcore Newtown after a hip flexor strain. He was professional, friendly, and always on time (not making me wait in the waiting room like I have at other PT clinics). He quickly diagnosed my issue and created a plan that helped me regaun strength and get back to playing soccer and doing the hobbies I enjoy. He was very knowledgeable, answering all my questions thoroughly, and genuinely cared about my recovery, even following up afterward to make sure I was doing well. Dr. Brendon Carestia, the younger brother of Activcore Founder, Dr. Bryan Carestia, has helped me make great progress recovering from TKR (total knee replacement) Surgery. His skilled and inventive treatment methods have been very effective in relieving pain, increasing range of joint motion and recovering strength around the new knee. Best of all, unlike other Physical Therapists I’ve visited, Brandon gives one full hour of his undivided attention to one patient at a time. I can wholeheartedly recommend his services to anyone who needs physical therapy following TKR Surgery and would imagine he is equally effective in treating and relieving other joint pain conditions.
