I had my highlights done by another stylist at this Ulta before, and unfortunately, I wasn’t happy with the results. I decided to give Ulta another try, and I’m so glad I did because Jessiah completely fixed my hair! She listened to exactly what I wanted, took the time to understand my concerns, and did an amazing job correcting the highlights. My hair looks so much better, blended, and closer to what I originally wanted. Jessiah was professional, patient, talented, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with my hair. I just stopped to pick up eyebrow pencils and Brandi offered to help me. She was lovely, helpful, professional and very knowledgeable. Thank you! I will definitely look for her the next time I’m in need of skincare or makeup

I went in today to get a brow wax and requested Faith. The service was great & my brows look amazing! While I was there, I asked Faith if she had time for a haircut. A few months back I got my haircut at another salon and the cut was so uneven and blunt. I spent that time being so uncomfortable and having virtually no opportunity to style my hair to hide how harsh the cut was. I didn’t not feel confident or good at all.
