I came into Ulta today looking for a foundation that fits my skin color. Jocelyn did an excellent job. She could tell that I was new at this and took her time to explain to me the different undertones and even the different brands that fit my needs. I wasn’t quite sure what I wanted because I was going on vacation soon and will be doing a spray tan that may change my face skin tone, so instead of pushing me for a sale, she let me take a couple of colors home to try. I recently had the pleasure of getting a pixie curly haircut by Marva, and I must say it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I walked into the salon, Marva's warm and friendly demeanor put me at ease.Marva displayed exceptional expertise in cutting and styling curly hair. She took the time to listen to my preferences and understand the specific look I wanted to achieve with my pixie cut.I am beyond thrilled with the results, and can't wait to return to Marva for my future hair needs!

Came here twice in one day. The first associate who helped me was excellent—friendly and helpful. The second one, who may have been a manager, not so much. Task rather than people oriented.
