My mother had a leak that came through her basement ceiling. Needless to say she was frantic. Mike came right over and assessed the damage, let her know what needed to be done. I reached out to Mike and his team to replace a rotted garage header beam and then frame out the garage door opening. It was a fairly complicated job requiring careful demolition, new concrete footings for the posts, and ensuring a proper fit for the LVL beam. During the estimate phase, Mike was extremely helpful in talking me through all the specifics of the job and spent the time to answer all my questions. I never felt rushed. His pricing was competitive and fair. His team started on time and left the job site clean every day. True professionals. I would highly recommend them.
