I had a stump removed in the middle July 2022. They were there when scheduled and appeared to do a great job. By the time I got around to cleaning up all the wood chips I discovered that they missed a sizable portion of the stump. The original pile of wood chips was very large so I can understand why some of the roots were missed. When I contacted Dan he was very receptive to my concerns and put me on his schedule to take care of the problem. They came back and did a fine job removing the remaining roots. I would highly recommend Stump Munchers to anyone in the future. Very professional and reliable. They also gave a very good price compared to other estimates
