He was responsive, courteous, and professional. He provided me with ideas on how to get the best lighting around our home which was great considering this was the first time I've contracted for this kind of service. I enjoyed talking to Bob and his crew this evening. I have a beautiful tree in my home and I am enjoying sitting and looking at it. It smells wonderful. I have been buying trees from Bob for the last 4 years and I am very pleased with their service and their trees. I can't wait to decorate the tree with my grandsons.
