Certa Pro was quick to come out and give an estimate, which was very reasonable for our small project. Erick did a great job for us and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the work. The only issue I had was with scheduling. There seemed to be a long lag between when I got the estimate (end of January) to when I was actually able to schedule the work (beginning of March), despite being told at the estimate that Certa Pro was booking about two weeks out.
I have used Certa Pro Painters for several different projects, including my own house and rentals. I have been very satisfied with the work throughout every time. The entire experience has been easy and most professional. Highly recommended!
I am a three year employee of CertaPro of the Main Line. Positivity, exuberance, and attention to detail are qualities that I take pride in and I was delighted when I came here and found those same qualities in the franchise on a whole. These three years have flown by so quickly! We all know time certainly does not fly with a job we dislike and/or when working with negative people. We have a lot of painters here - they comprise a diverse array of talents, from stain specialists to lead remediation crews. At CPML we do great work, but we all know sometimes things happen - therefore on a majority of our projects we offer a 2 year warranty (above average for the industry)...read full review
