“Heather Ulsh was immensely instrumental in helping me deal with my sister's estate properties. As the executor of my sister’s estate, I want to express my sincere appreciation for Heather’s exceptional work in handling the sale of my late sister’s residence. Heather’s professionalism, persistence, and care made a difficult process far easier for our family.
Heather consistently went above and beyond. She coordinated seamlessly with the contractor on the renovation projects needed to get the home market ready.
I’m especially grateful for Heather’s tenacity in achieving the solar system transfer, which had been holding up the sale. Securing completion of the transfer agreement and related filings cleared the way to closing and required diligence few agents would have matched.
It meant a lot that Heather was willing to step in under such unfortunate circumstances. Her staging, preparation, and overall guidance helped us present the property beautifully and, ultimately, realize a fair value.
Many thanks!”
