“They are amazing. I just moved to the area and already contacted them about an ongoing orthopedic issue with my large breed dog. We are coming from out of state and have things already started in getting his leg taken care of. Instead of wasting my time and money, Dr. Sumney messaged me directly and referred to a specialist they use in the area.
Then I got here and my dog got a hot spot and even though he hadn't been established yet ( he is not due till Dec but I did their intake and talked to them about the other issue) they worked him in quickly with Dr. Kish. Our dog has had bad experiences and we have to give him trazedone and gabapentin before the visit. They made it so he didn't have to wait in the lobby they came outside to get him. Techs name was Savannah and instantly, my dog loved her. You can tell she likes animals and is good at her job. Dr. Kish came in and same thing. They went above and beyond to keep him calm and make him not fear the vet. On top of that they even checked in about the issue I had been emailing Dr. Sumney about and helped as well as refilled his pain meds until we could get him to the specialist. This was all initiated on their front. I didn't even have to ask or push for help. Really happy I found them.”
