We are new to the area and chose this clinic for our fur baby. Everyone here was friendly and our girl loved them! Nice clean environment and especially liked that it didn’t smell like a boarding facility. The Dr listened to us and was very good with our pooch. She got her annual check up and vaccinations. She has always had a hard time with shots and requires Benadryl to keep from having an allergic reaction. The clinic called us a couple of times to check on Bentley and told us if we needed anything to call and they would see her immediately. We loved that they went above and beyond for our girl!

I called this office on a Friday, desperate for help, as one of dogs ate a foreign object. My primary veterinary office was closed. I contacted North Memorial with the expectation that I might be turned away, since my dogs were never seen there. From the moment the receptionist, Alexis, answered the phone she was willing to help. Not only was she willing to speak with the doctor to see about an appointment for my dogs, but she also took the time to listen to me. Prompt, professional and courteous service. Very clean and were very good with my kitten. Made sure he was well taken care of and I understood everything going on. Highly recommend this business and am grateful to have found them to care for my pet. Prices are competitive.
