They worked with me to get the cats boarded last minute after I had to evacuate the Middle East due to the war and they helped me with the process to get the cats shipped to my new job in the United Kingdom. Their love for the cats really shows and it really put me at ease knowing the cats would be well taken care of while I had to go away (and they were well taken care of).
