WATER HEATER FIX-He came to my grandmothers home just after the bad rain storm we had. Her basement flooded and the pilot light went out. He came over the day she called and knowing she had no hot water, put her on the top of the list. He was awesome! Knowledgable and a great help.

I am more than happy with this company!! My washing machine has been backing up as soon as it starts to drain the water out. I've been messing around with another plumber for 3 or more weeks now. Hed say hed show up then didnt or say hed call me then wouldnt. After the last straw I asked my friend what plumber she uses and she gave me this fone number.I called them last nite and this morning , right on time two young men came into my house. They were both very professional, friendly and informative. They cleaned up their messes afterwardand I'm happy to say my washing machine isnt backing up water anymore. Thank you SO much for getting our water back up & running in 24 hrs after our water tank exploded! Super job well done & all my questions were answered.. Their care & understanding of needs were met & they even helped us out w extra jugs of water when it was realized getting water service back was gonna be another day... Jim Long has been our plumber for over 25 years & we’ve always been pleased w the job they’ve done
