I was impressed by Justin while I was touring one of his rental properties. He offered to make modifications for safety concerns. He gave me an application to fill out and email / text to send required documents along with completed application. I never received responses to calls, texts, or email. Just ghosted me! I would have given 5 Stars for presentation, but give 1 star due to no follow up and ghosting which is bad business practices.

We hired him to do some remodeling in our house. He took his time with us to pick out the floors and countertops and showed us around his gallery. His guys did a great job laying the flooring. However, when there was a leak under our bathroom floor, we found out that they didn't reinstall the toilet correctly! When I contacted him about the problem, he never replied to several texts I sent. He also never installed our sink, which we hired him to do. So I had to hire a plumber to fix the toilet and install the sink! This cost us additional money which we wouldn't have spent had he finished the job.

Great attention to Detail. Honest and Easy to work with and completed Job in a professional, timely, courteous manner. Very Knowledge and informative in the products used and the pros and cons of each. All employees went above and beyond and were very respectful and helpful during entire process. I would recommend to anyone building a home that cares about quality and detail.
