After hearing a very fluid moving noise, like water tumbling down a gutter drain , and noticing a 2 degree difference between our room temperature and our thermostat set temperature my husband and I realized we had a problem with our boiler ! We called Aero Energy and Curt came listened well to our concerns went out to the boiler and figured out what our problem was , had the parts in his service vehicle and fixed the problemwithin an hour ! We really like that Curt listened to our concerns. It is important to be heard, as well as having a repair person take the time to explain what was wrong and also how he made it right. We had a smell of propane in our basement level garage where our furnace is located. We were very concerned about the danger associated with this situation. We called our propane dealer Aero Energy to have it checked out. The company told us what precautions to take until they could get a technician to our house. The technician (Mike) that arrived was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He checked everything out and answered all of our questions. Thankfully it turned out to not be a dangerous situation but it could have been and he relieved our concerns. I have nothing but praise for Mike and for Aero Energy.

Patrick was so very helpful and such a decent human being to talk with. Wonderful personality and much appreciated by this senior citizen for the time he spent listening regarding the loss of my husband due to Covid.
