UP was an excellent place with good Doctors! WAS now with all the original Doctors retired, the place is a joke. Dr. Heino is the worse. He does not care about people. PERIOD. If you go to UP, don't pick this guy, you will be very disappointed. Pick any Doctor but him!!!
Dr. Mamaril is an excellent doctor and takes time with every patient even if he is inconvenienced or busy. The front desk staff was also amazing and got my insurance and address changes even with the power outage they experienced. I've never had such top notch care at a primary care clinic.
