From start to finish, (just had a Skin Pen treatment), the level of attentiveness was outstanding—Alexis truly went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and felt nothing. . Every detail was handled with care, she was not only professional but also genuinely thoughtful. I had an excellent 90 minute massage with Jake this weekend. I will definitely be back! It was also nice to make use of the steam room before the massage.
