Class was fun and very informative - Poli takes time to help you correct your form and improve yourself.Friendly and comfortable atmosphere as well - I highly recommend you check it out, whether you're new to Yoga, or need a place to practice and refine your technique!
Create Space Movement Laboratory has changed my life. I've been a monthly member since the beginning of June and will never look back. No exaggeration. Each of Poli's classes hold space for you to be where you are, while also challenging you physically and spiritually. He is hands down the best yoga instructor I've ever worked with. Everything about him shines through in class - talent, warmth, grace, flow, and attention. From warm up to shavasana, you feel incorporated, strong and at peace. I seriously cannot recommend Poli and his classes enough!!!
