We have been trying to get a title for over five months. Customer satisfaction is on the bottom of the list for them. We’ve made so many phone calls tried so many different ways to get it taken care of, and to date do not have a title yet highly recommend going elsewhere, definitely not taking care of things the way they should be
Bad experience. recommend to go elsewhere. Something isn’t right with this place 10 months ago sold my boat and changed title to this day they still don’t know where it is. 4 other people the same day complaining about there mistakes and they have no answers
We have gone to a accountant that Work at this office This year 2020 we made a appointment asking for our accountant. When my husband got there and someone else did our taxes We were never notified that our accountant left that office. I am very disappointed how we were treated This group is very Shady . Don't get your taxes done here they will rip you off.
