We have been using the services of Main Street IT since 2016. They continue to provide consistent service in dealing with every aspect of our business. They manage all of our network, business software, high tech ophthalmological instruments and backups. They are prompt, reliable, and courteous. We have established relationships with several of the technicians and appreciate their continued commitment to learn about our specialized equipment, our needs, and their ability to solve many issues remotely without disturbing our day to day operations.
