Our experience working with Kaufman kitchens was absolutely wonderful! Every single person that we interacted with during the duration of our project was so kind and respectful of our kids, pets, craziness in the house, etc. Gabe took all of our requests and captured them in a design that I never would’ve thought of myself. He was patient and made an extra effort to communicate any incoming pricing changes or product changes from their manufacturer as Covid challenges still exist. Brian (our project manager) was communicative and kept us up to speed throughout the renovation. He stopped in multiple times to check on each phase of work, from drywall to electrical to cabinet installation. Anthony is SO knowledgeable and lighthearted. He entertained my questions throughout demolition & finishing touches on the electrical work. And last, but certainly not least is Dennis, our cabinet installer—Dennis is meticulous and hard-working! When his colleague called in sick on our installation days, Dennis took on all of the work without a single complaint! Working long days to keep us on scheduled. And yet he was always smiling and so patient with our eager helpers (the kids) who wanted to chip in with cleanup or carrying supplies to/from. To say that this team was helpful is an understatement. They took a painful hardship for us (an unplanned renovation due to water damage), and made the experience as enjoyable as it possibly could be. We highly recommend Kauffman Kitchens!
