After a routine yearly service and maintenance appointment, JM Lapp notified me that my boiler was leaking, 25 years old and needed to be replaced. No one wants to hear that news, but JM Lapp 's professionals made the switch from the old one to a new boiler in two short days, provided me with plenty of space heaters, took special care to keep the areas clean and made an expensive event as painless as possible. I will continue to use JM Lapp in the future for all my plumbing, heating and air conditioning needs.
