Tell your men to stop just throwing the trash cans. Just went out to move mine back to the yard and you could tell it was just thrown, and probably hit my car it was up against it. From twin Brook mobile home park
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! They don't pick up trash on scheduled days. You pay for a service that they don't provide. When you ask to speak to a manager, they are "gone" for the day at 3 PM. The managers can't even return customer calls. This company is nothing but a headache! I didn't want to give thrm one star, but negative stars aren't an option.
This is the Ephrata/ Lincoln area... NOT San Francisco, CA! The service was pretty consistent... if they missed a day it usually was picked up in a day or 2. Our trash has not been picked up yet.... it's almost 3 weeks and neighbors trash is piling up everywhere. We never got any notifications as to any changes made.
