Meineke Car Care New Freedom mounted/balanced 4 new tires on my 21 Tahoe. They also did a wheel alignment. This is the THIRD alignment my Tahoe has had. The prior two completed at a Chevy service center; after body work completed and the second after a lift kit was installed. After visiting Meineke yesterday my vehicle no longer “shakes” after hitting a high speed, it is the smoothest ride in the 3 years I have owned this vehicle. Not only did Meineke get my vehicle in for tire installation the evening after I called, but they were professional, kept me up to date, and did the work/service they promised to do. HIGHLY recommend Meineke New Freedom location.

I went in to have my car inspected and emissions done & With being new to the area was a little nervous. The manager ,I believe Kevin was Very patient& informative. I felt comfortable and confident that my car was in good hands. I asked quite a few questions about my car and their service’s and feel they are fair with their pricing & very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend family or friends and come back myself if I need any services in the future. Thank you.

Every time I bring my vehicles in for service I am always treated with top notch customer service and care to my vehicles. They are always honest and the technicians are hard working.
