Horrendous experience with this company from start to finish, they caused damage to my electrical line and just buried it and tried to pretend like it didn't happen. We had to hire an electrician to remedy the situation because our pool pump kept blowing the breaker when it never did that before and was a brand new pump. Prior to that they rescheduled on us three times, causing to be behind by a month and a half. you have to call multiple times over the course of weeks to try to get someone to speak to you on the phone, they won't communicate with you when they plan to show up unless you somehow get in touch with them. Save yourself a lot of headaches and aggravation and go somewhere else. Communication with this company is a nightmare. We were supposed to have our pool installed in June 2020. When I started calling about when they would be here, they kept telling me two weeks. Every two weeks I would call and they would tell me 2 more weeks. They strung me along until the end of August and I was notified by them that there was a problem now with the manufacturer and that they had "no idea" when my pool when be installed. I called the manufacturer directly and they told me that the pool was not ordered until the beginning of July and that they were 16 weeks out for delivery, but R & R told me they had no idea when it would be here. My pool was eventually installed in Nov 2020 at which time they put the pool in the ground and did the pouring of the concrete and covered it with the newly purchased winter cover. They came back out in May 2021 to finish the project of sealing the concrete and installing all the pool equipment. The work they did was fine and the workers were very professional, so I didn't have a problem with that. This past week. We called down to the office to schedule our pool closing, which was supposed to be free the first time since we bought a winter cover off of them. They told us they already did a pool closing last year. All they did was blow the lines out and cover the pool. It was still under construction. We didn't have our heater, pump or salt system on the concrete pad, let alone have anything hooked up. They refused to honor the free closing and said they they would come out and close it for 400.00. I would not recommend the companyService: General construction
