5 star rating for these guys. About a week ago my furnace went on the Fritz in the middle of the night. It’s an older unit that has had its issues over the years. Every time another company has come out I’ve been charged several hundred dollars for minimal work along with being upsold on a whole new unit. I found Alex and his team on a Reddit post of all places and decided to give them a try. Alex responded and made sure he got me in that day. After getting my system up and running again, he pointed out several issues that either A) occurred over time or B) were caused by previous companies. He was very honest and upfront with what the cost of the repairs would be that he recommended and we scheduled a time for him to come back (so I wasn’t charged an outrageous hourly rate like most companies would have). Since coming to repair my system, everything runs much more efficiently than it has before. Alex made all of this possible without saying “This isn’t worth it and too much trouble.” before trying to sell me on a new system like the other companies. Going forward, Alex and his team will be the only company I use for the foreseeable future.
