Mary Ellen is excellent. She takes time to listen and creates a thoughtful plan for me each session. She has clam energy, and is very friendly, her office and treatment rooms are impeccably clean and comfortable. Most importantly, the acupuncture treatments she's given me have been effective and I'm working them back in as a regular part of my holistic treatment plan.
Mary Ellen is fantastic. I have been a long time sufferer of several different issues, but mostly neck and shoulder pain. I was so frustrated that I decided to give acupuncture a try. I am not a fan of needles, but she has me breath with her every time and I barely feel a thing. She listens and checks in every time we meet to see how things worked and will make adjustments as needed. I have walked in with severe neck pain and within hours felt better. After just over 2 months, I have gone from pain every day to now maybe once every week or two. She is so knowledgeable and always willing to explain things to me.
