Phase 4 Contracting LLC did a great job repairing my roof. Of the three roofing companies I contacted, Phase 4 was the only one to follow up with me in order to answer questions regarding their proposal. The proposal clearly identified everything that was going to be done. Matt and his team provided superior customer service. All questions/concerns regarding the work in our contract were quickly answered/resolved to my satisfaction. Pictures of the job being performed were provided by John who did our repairs, which was a great way to make me feel comfortable that the job was thoroughly completed!
Working with Phase 4 was wonderful. From the beginning, Matt noticed that we had shingles which had been recalled, and suggested that we notify our home insurance company. Then, Matt worked with our insurance, who eventually agreed to a complete roof replacement. This was on top of already giving the best estimate of the companies we had initially contacted. The workers who did the replacement were very efficient, and they cleaned up very thoroughly. Overall, a great experience.
