For such a small store they have a huge selection of banjos, mandolins, and ukuleles. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable, Kim helped me figure out which banjo was the best fit for me and she taught me a lot of stuff I didn’t know. They’re an hour’s drive from where I live but it was worth it since everywhere else near me has only one or two banjos in stock and I didn’t want to end up ordering something online that I couldn’t test out first. Hope to make the trip up there again sometime.
Picked up my first mandolin and the staff was very helpful in helping me make my decision. Really looking forward to learning and one day making it back when I decide to upgrade. Highly recommend!
Dan is a magician!!! I had purchased a cuatro that was in terrible shape and he worked with me to get it fixed. This isn't a common instrument. He knew what it was and his rate was extremely reasonable and he was very communicative throughout the entire process. Kim was also very helpful and helped navigate everything from connecting me with Dan to the final pick up for the cuatro. These guys are amazing and I highly recommend if you need an instrument fixed or want an old folk instrument!
