“I called but got no answer. Then I realized it was Sunday, so didn't leave a message. About 15 minutes later, Dee called to ask if I had called. Told him the problem was our boiler for hot water heat and texted a photo of our boiler. On Monday morning!!! Dee was here to diagnose the problem. Later that day Andrew came with a new part but it didn't seem to fix the problem. So on Tuesday morning, Dee was back and did some more examining and now it seems to be taken care of. Thanks for such prompt attention and perseverance until the problem was fixed.“
