I called but got no answer. Then I realized it was Sunday, so didn't leave a message. About 15 minutes later, Dee called to ask if I had called. Told him the problem was our boiler for hot water heat and texted a photo of our boiler. On Monday morning!!! Dee was here to diagnose the problem. Later that day Andrew came with a new part but it didn't seem to fix the problem. So on Tuesday morning, Dee was back and did some more examining and now it seems to be taken care of. Thanks for such prompt attention and perseverance until the problem was fixed.

My hot water tank developed a leak over the weekend. So I shut the water off at my house. I called Bell Plumbing and Heating at 7:30 am and left a message. I received a return call 5 minutes after leaving my message. Alex was wonderful. I explained to her what was going on she assured me that she could have someone out there today on Monday or at the latest on Tuesday. Well they had someone at my home on Monday at 9:00 am. They even had me text a picture of what the tank looked like since I told them they would need fittings. I had to text a picture of the top of the tank so the plumber had everything he needed on hand. My experience was wonderful this is the third time...read full review
