I wish I could give 6 star rating. Don helped me with an issue with my septic before starting his own business. He was a pleasure then and just as good when he started his own business. He has replaced a junction box at my residence. He did a complete septic replacement at a rental. I continue to use Don for all my septic work. I have recommended his company to many people. The ones who have used him always call me to thank me for recommending him. His work is always professional and reasonably priced.
We had a flood in our basement. Septic pipe was clogged and backing up into the house. It was the weekend and no one was available to come out and check. Left a message and Don promptly returned our call. He was able to walk us through the steps to unclog the pipe over the phone. He saved us money but more importantly saved us from worry. We were also told by another company that our pump needed to be replaced however when Don came out to inspect he found that not necessary. Honest, fair, knowledgeable and reasonable, I would highly recommend.
We had a septic emergency later in the day. Although Mr. Siegfried was unable to get to us that night, he was able to put us in for first thing the next morning. He even assessed our situation over the phone, that night, and provided useful suggestions which helped us "keep things flowing" until he arrived!! I will be using Siegfried Septic from now on. Thanks, so much, for all your help!!!
