“I've used Agentis a few times now, once for a significant project(replacing all the pipes in my house plus moving replacing and installing a new gas hot water heater and moving it into the basement) and then to help diagnose and figure out a difficult to find small leak.

Both times I was extraordinarily impressed both with how reasonable the price was compared to what I expected(for the big service) and what I paid at other places(for the small service) and just how good of a job, professional and downright friendly and helpful everyone I interacted with was.

I honestly can't imagine calling anyone else at this point, they have earned me as a customer for life at this point unless something absolutely crazy happened. “They've done a plumbing job a few years ago, and most recently, and I mean in the past few days, came and fixed a furnace problem ASAP and it was the beginning of the first 2024 cold snap, on Black Friday. “They installed a new heat pump for me as my original heat pump, which they installed 42 years ago, was failing. Since my problem started right when it got cold (November 2024), they speced. out a replacement and got it installed right away. The charge was what was quoted and had it not been a new system/configuration, I would not have known they were there (amazing clean-up when they were done!!). There was a problem with the amount of energy usage initially but they did a great job trouble shooting until they found the problem and resolved it. Frank made time to come by as soon as he possibly could and give us a diagnosis. We had repaired the one toilet a few years ago, so we were already aware of some of the issues. Frank's team was fast and efficient. They broke everything down for us in layman's terms. They were more than fair in the pricing. Frank is a big supporter of our local veterans, and John donated labor as well because his brother did numerous tours in the Middle East and has many health related issues because of his years of service.
