The only compassionate care comes from the vet technicians. We had to put down our beloved dog. I was away from home and called them to bring my dog in for euthanasia. The receptionist told me that I couldn't bring him there because they were closing early. This is after being a patient there for several years and paying $500 plus for every wellness check. My husband was home with the dog and drove him to the center (did not get my text that they wouldn't take him and a vet that never saw him elsewhere agreed to see him)...when he walked into the center with the dog, the receptionist was quick to tell him, "I told your wife we couldn't take him."... read full review

Front desk staff and doctors will straight up lie to you any chance they get. They claim to care about your pet, but truly only care about money. Ridiculously overpriced for subpar service and little to no actual advice. Doctors will talk to you as though you are incompetent, yet don't ever give you a definitive answer to any of your questions. Avoid this place.

We moved to the Easton area about 3 months ago. We brought our 2 year old doggie to Nazareth Veterinary Center about 6 weeks ago and had a good feeling about our experience there. Then, today, our dog's right eye was closed, swollen and tearing profusely. Knowing that NVC closed at 6 PM, I asked my wife to call to see if the facility could get her in on an emergency basis before they closed so I could start driving over there. To our shock and disappointment, my wife was told over the phone that NVC would not see the dog because "they were booked until closing."
