I could not imagine a better experience. We wanted hardwood floors throughout the house, except for the kitchen, which had been done nine years ago. They matched the existing wood perfectly. The installers were professional, friendly, and amazingly hard working. They moved the furniture carefully, and left each area clean of any debris. The finished flooring is gorgeous. Throughout the process, the owner, John, stayed in touch, visited to check on how things were going, and answered all our questions. They absolutely have all our future flooring business, including bathroom tile and a new rug in the rec room. Great company.
