Months ago we began the difficult task of choosing the best boarding option for our 2 frenchie puppies for an upcoming vacation. After touring many pet care facilities, we were most impressed with Pittsburgh Paws Pet Resort - Natrona Heights, due to its cleanliness and professional but friendly atmosphere. Our pups started with multiple Day Care and Overnight Boarding Visits, which confirmed our choice. The entire staff was extremely attentive to their first exposure to making new friends and supportive with my apprehension on leaving them!

We've trusted Marisa, Karissa, and the team with our dogs for over 4 years—for both long trips and quick day stays. Their care and personalized updates are unmatched in Pittsburgh. Even when they're fully booked (usually due to our own last-minute planning), we still call for recommendations because we trust their word and reputation. Highly recommend.

We were camping for our 1st time with our 5 month old pup and because I was nervous about him getting too close to the fire I began looking online for a doggy daycare near me. The next morning I called, talked with a wonderful lady and arranged for our vet to fax all of our pup's records. I was sooo thankful that they had room for him to stay the weekend! He loved it, I enjoyed seeing his pics on FB AND when we picked him up he had a 'report card' and received an A+ and was welcome back anytime. We LOVED that he was exhausted for our 1.75 hr ride home too I only wish they would branch out because we live too far away to bring him by regularly. You would... read full review
