I've been going here for chiro adjustments for years now & also was a member at the gym before moving. Everyone is always very friendly & I always feel great after visiting! ??

I love Optimal Health & Wellness! I found them back in 2016. Dr. Katie & Dr. Alivia and their staff are professional, friendly, and wonderful at their respective positions!! I have ALWAYS felt cared for no matter my issue! I have tried chiropractic, their massages which are therapeutic and relaxing, and their supplements (they were my “go to supplements” especially during the pandemic and my daughters mission trips out of the country)! Optimal has many services in addition to the things I have tried - including personal trainers, weight loss and health options that I’m still exploring!! I highly recommend them! ??????????

I love this practice, I've been seeing the chiropractors here for 7 years. I get hurt and break myself a lot, especially in the summer months. Everytime I come here with my painful issues, they fix me up, sometimes it takes a few sessions but, I always feel the difference right away. They also do great preventative maintenance as well as prenatal adjustments.
