New Nails is a nail salon known for its consistent quality and good value. Customers appreciate the skills of Andy and Van, who are highly recommended for their great work and honest advice. The salon has experienced some issues with a newer staff member who often redoes work, does not always listen to customer preferences, and struggles with tools sanitation and card machine operation. Despite these problems, the salon remains a popular choice for acrylic nails, with many customers following Andy and Van from their previous salon. While prices have increased, the overall service by the main technicians is highly valued. Some customers are considering trying a different place due to repeated issues with the newer staff member.
I’ve done acrylic nails for years, i’ve had them done by most salons in the area. These guys are consistent and Best Buy for your money. I laughed when I see some of these posts of people complaining. Gurl… Do you see what they have to work with? Your hand looks like a club foot.
Andy and Van are great so be sure to request them if you decide to go. There is a new girl that has been there for a few months and we were trying to give her the benefit of the doubt but no matter if it’s a pedicure or full set there is always a problem. She keeps her tools in a pink pencil case and IMO they definitely do not look to be sanitized. She doesn’t listen to what you want and is constantly redoing things so you’re there forever. She can’t run the card machine still after all this time. They have to remind her to wash her hands… my daughter goes more than I do but we’re both going to try a different place now that we’ve had the same experience...read full review
I followed Andy and Van from U.S. Nails to their own place. I love them. Best around. I've been to several places in the surrounding areas. These guys are great. They tell you if the color you want and what you want to do will work.
